Nyan Heroes is a team-based hero shooter featuring small cats piloting giant mechs. Use unique abilities and advanced feline movement to secure objectives and defeat your opponents. Customize your mech loadout with various weapons and mods to explore a multitude of strategic playstyles. Even if your mech falls in battle, do not despair! Your pilot has an array of skills that can help your team change the tide of battle.
Background Story
An intelligent breed of hunter-scientists, the cats of Nekovia created giant robots called Guardians in the image of their ancestral owners, becoming the apex species of their world. However, their greed and desire for power led them to push technology to its limits, culminating in the first nekogenic graft to fuse feline DNA with Guardians, enhancing abilities and reflexes. While initially successful, these experiments awakened a dormant feral sentience within each Guardian, leading to irreversible feralization. Many Nyans fell prey to their creations, forcing the survivors to flee underground and rebuild.
During a routine exploratory mission, they discovered Nyanite, a rare material near the Earth's core that stabilized the grafting process and prevented feralization. With Nyanite's power, the survivors established New Nekovia, an underground city with holographic skies, filled with optimism and hope. At its center lies the Battledome, a futuristic training facility symbolizing both the past and the future. Guardian Battles have become the most popular sport in New Nekovia, featuring extravagant competitions and lavish prizes, where countless heroes fight for glory, never forgetting the true meaning behind their battles.
