Cheating

We are committed to provide a fair and safe experience within Nyan Heroes.

Nyan Heroes has a Zero Tolerance Policy towards cheating. We have incorporated Easy Anti-Cheat, a software solution designed to detect and prevent cheating, to ensure fair gameplay for everyone. Our in-game policies are designed to foster fun, fair, and safe game environments.

Actionable Offenses

Cheating

Anyone who uses or sells 3rd party software, macros, cheat codes that gives players an unfair advantage in game is considered cheating.

Exploiting/Bug Abuse

Anyone who exploits bugs or game mechanics in a way not originally intended to gain an unfair advantage.

AFK/Idle Gameplay

Anyone who intentionally goes idle during a match or uses macros to prevent triggering detection methods.

Multiple Accounts

Anyone who creates an excessive number of accounts in-game or on our Portal in order to increase their rewards during Airdrops.

Player Restrictions

Disqualification from Airdrops: Your account may be disqualified from participating in ongoing or future community events

Account Suspension: For accounts detected using cheat programs or willfully exploiting bugs, the first offense is a permanent suspension without warning. Your game access is restricted indefinitely.

Continued Monitoring Nyan Heroes uses several methods to detect, track and prevent bad cats from ruining the spirit of the Battledome. During the lifetime of the game, we will improve existing methods as well as implement additional ways to combat cheats.

If you see another player violate these policies, report the incident to us for investigation. Player reports is a vital part of this process to help us identify new methods of unfair play, which is why we review every report received.

How can I report a player for cheating?

  1. Open a support ticket in the #ask-support channel.
