Can't Connect
Following these steps can help resolve common connectivity issues and get you back to enjoying Nyan Heroes quickly!
The Basics
1. Is Your Wifi On?
If you're using a wireless connection, make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi to check.
2. Avoid Using Mobile Wi-Fi
For a stable connection, please avoid using mobile Wi-Fi or Hotspots. We recommend connecting through a regular Wi-Fi network for the best experience.
3. Has your SSID or Wi-Fi password changed?
Double-check that your network name (SSID) and password are correct and haven’t changed.
4. Have you tried a wired connection?
If Wi-Fi is causing issues, switch to a wired connection for faster and more stable performance.
5. Are your cables properly connected?
Ensure all ethernet cables connected to your router are securely plugged in.
6. Are you using a proxy or VPN?
Try connecting without a proxy or VPN as they can sometimes interfere with your connection.
7. Is Windows up to date?
Keeping your OS updated can help with connectivity issues.
Check for updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking the "Check for Updates" button.
8. Restart your router
Turn off your router and unplug it. Wait about a minute, then plug it back in, turn it on, and try connecting again.
