Nyan Heroes Crash Reporter
When Nyan Heroes crashes, the Nyan Heroes Crash Reporter will normally pop up.
Provide detailed information about what occurred before the time of the crash.
Check the box to include log files with the submission.
Check the box if you agree to be contacted for more information about the crash.
Nyan Heroes froze, what do I do?
Force Quit: Close the game by using Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) or your system's equivalent.
Send Us the Logs: Please send us your logs so we can investigate the issue.
To help us get to the bottom of any special occurrences, please send us your crash logs.
Where to locate the "Logs"?
Open Epic Games Launcher.
Go to your Library and find Nyan Heroes.
Click the three dots ( ... ) next to Nyan Heroes.
Select "Manage".
Click the folder icon next to the "Uninstall" button labeled "Open to Install Location."
Navigate to the "NyanHeroes_Prototype" folder.
Open the "Saved" folder.
Open the "Logs" folder.
Take the .log file.
Attach log to your support ticket on Discord.
By sharing these logs, you'll help us understand the problem and get you back in the game faster.
